Day 18
It’s Saturday and life is moving a bit slower this morning. April is more active with each day. She is mainly walking around the whelping box. I only see her crawling now when she climbs onto the rail. Eventually she rolls off and falls onto the soft floor. She broke 4 lbs yesterday and weighs 4.41 lb (2.0 kg) today. Here are some current pictures. Of course, Tink could not stand that April was getting all the photo opps, so she jumped onto the couch and posed for a few with her daughter.

Nice photos of April and mum! That girl grows rapidly!! :)) Allready 2 kg:s !! One of the newborn brothers here in Sweden were almoust as big as you April when you were born. The weight was 435g! Seems like you are hungry little fellows all of you guys. I think that is good news, keep on growing April. We are following you every day!:)

Great pictures. I may not be able to wait much longer for my second visit. For those who did not know, April, Tink, April’s cousins from Snicker, and Katie (Tink’s mom) were whelped in the same box. The original hearts came from Waylynn’s litter which was supposed to whelp on St. Valentine’s Day.
